DNASTREAM is committed to selecting and developing those who are among the very best in the industry. To support this commitment we operate a structured approach to the selection of our employees.
The first stage - application assessment
The selection process commences when we receive your application. We will assess your application based on your skills and experience and ensure that they fit with what we are looking for. If you are applying for a specific opportunity, we advise that your covering letter and profile highlight the relevant previous experience.
At this first stage, we may also arrange an introductory telephone interview during which we will discuss your application and understand more about you and your background. This will give you an opportunity to talk about your relevant skills and experience, and for us to give you more information about DNASTREAM and the specifics of the opportunity you have applied for.
The second stage - interview
Those who are successful at the first stage will be invited to a face-to-face interview, where we will go into more detail about your skills and experience. We usually conduct interviews at our Guildford office, however we are able to arrange for the interview to take place at an alternative location providing this is practical.
Dependent on the kind of role you have applied for the interview may involve discussions with a specialist from one of the SAP technical or functional areas, or a project/programme manager. You may also be asked to prepare a short presentation to help us assess your consultancy skills. The invitation for interview will advise you on what you will need to prepare in advance and what you can expect during the interview.
References
You will be asked to provide a minimum of two references who we can contact with regard to your previous work and experience. As a responsible employer, DNASTREAM has a policy of following up on all references as a prerequisite to completing the selection process. Dependent upon the role or the nature of assignment, you may also be required to complete further vetting procedures (e.g. security clearance) as part of the entrant process.
Special arrangements
We will do our best to accommodate your needs to enable you to participate in the selection process. If you have any particular needs that we should make allowances for, such as requiring wheelchair access, then please let us know.
