1. Please include the following information when requesting support:
- Your name.
- Your organisation, site and/or project location.
- Your contact telephone number.
- The computer name (if known).
- A description of the issue.
2. Your issue will be logged and assigned a priority.
3. Please ensure you request and record your ticket reference number.
4. Your ticket will be handled according to its priority with the intention that it will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
5. You can check on progress of tickets by logging into the support portal or by calling the Service Desk and providing the ticket reference number.
6. Once your ticket is resolved you will be requested to verify that it can be closed.
