Please use your username and password provided previously, or contact your nominated administrator should you need assistance.

 

Service Desk

Contact the Service Desk by telephone on: 0844 264 0831 to log a call.  The Service Desk is open Monday to Friday 0800 - 1800, excluding UK non-business days.

 

For emergency out of hours support call: 0871 332 1155.

 

General Enquiries

For general enquiries regarding TT Knowledge Force you can email us at: knowledgeforcesupport@dnastream.com.  A member of our team will pick up your enquiry and respond to you.

Procedure for Logging a Support Ticket

1. Please include the following information when requesting support:

- Your name.

- Your organisation, site and/or project location.

- Your contact telephone number.

- The computer name (if known).

- A description of the issue.

 

2. Your issue will be logged and assigned a priority.

 

3. Please ensure you request and record your ticket reference number.

 

4. Your ticket will be handled according to its priority with the intention that it will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

 

5. You can check on progress of tickets by logging into the support portal or by calling the Service Desk and providing the ticket reference number.

 

6. Once your ticket is resolved you will be requested to verify that it can be closed.
