Andy Milner, our Managing Director, was pleased to join the University of West London to help them celebrate their 1000th apprentice. DNASTREAM played a small part in reaching that total with our 3 apprentices.
It was great to see Janet Rowson, Head of Degree Apprenticeships, cut the cake to celebrate this landmark achievement for the university.
This was also an opportunity for employers to get together and share experiences. There was a chance to discuss safeguarding best practice and recent legislation changes. But also share the ways we make sure that all apprentices are fully supported in the workplace and with their studies.
Malte Resin, Senior Lecturer, Digital and Technology Solution Professional Apprenticeships, Course Leader said "It has been a pleasure to work with DNASTREAM over the last twelve months, especially to see so quickly the progress being made by their apprentices. DNASTREAM goes above and beyond to actively ensure that the work stations of apprentices are aligned with upcoming training units."
Andy commented "It's great to be part of a successful initiative that benefits students, businesses and the university alike. We've been really impressed with the calibre of the apprentices and the feedback from our customers has been equally glowing".
