DNASTREAM at the IFS User Group 2024

Updated: Jul 22

DNASTREAM recently attended the IFS User Group Conference from the 17th to the 19th of June at the Woodlands Event Centre. It was great to meet IFS customers who gave us real insight into their IFS projects. We were also able to introduce our new services around the IFS Advanced Forms solution.

IFS Advanced Forms services from DNASTREAM

At the IFS User Group Conference we introduced our new range of services which will bring IFS Advanced Forms to both new and existing IFS users.

DNASTREAM’s Operations Director, Debbie Turner said “We had a lot of interest on our stand in our approach to moving to IFS Cloud. But also it is exciting for us to introduce IFS Advanced Forms to customers as it will resolve so many issues in the data capture space across all areas of IFS. Our team is already trained and accredited, so we can start those valuable discussions with our customers today.”

Supporting customers' good causes

On day one of the User Group, we hosted our very first race night in which winners of each race could choose a charity so DNASTREAM could donate the winnings on their behalf.

After some fantastic races these were the results:

Andy Cheetham (Kimal) – WaterAid: £25

We want to thank all of those who participated and helped us raise money for some fantastic charities to make a real difference in these communities.

Our thoughts on the IFS User Group

The IFS User Group allows partners and clients to get to know one another. It gives partners the opportunity to display the benefits that each of us has to make day-to-day businesses more efficient in a multitude of ways.

One of the DNASTREAM team said “This has to be my favourite event so far. Real people talking about real successes and also real issues where we can offer our help. It was great to understand the different journeys customers are on with IFS.”

Overall, the three days at the IFS User Group was a resounding success and granted us the opportunity to raise money for some charities. Our participation allowed us to strengthen existing relationships as well as build new ones with customers and we look forward to the future ahead.
