The 2026 IFS PSO Day at Stamford Bridge brought together more than 25 businesses and over 80 attendees from across the Professional Services and Field Service community, and DNASTREAM was proud to be part of the conversation.
On the Panel: What Good Implementations Actually Look Like
Jacques Beaupierre, Head of ERP Solutions at DNASTREAM, joined a partner panel alongside Arcwide and PwC to discuss a question every organisation considering a scheduling solution asks at some point: what does a good implementation actually look like?
The discussion moved beyond theory into the practical realities of delivery - how to scope realistically, where projects tend to go off track, and what separates implementations that deliver lasting value from those that stall.
Drawing on DNASTREAM's hands-on experience delivering PSO, Jacques shared perspectives on governance, stakeholder alignment, and the discipline required to keep complex, multi-workstream programmes on course.
Sharing the stage with Arcwide and PwC made for a rich exchange of views - three partners with different vantage points on the same fundamental challenge, all pointing toward a similar conclusion: strong implementations are built on clarity of scope, realistic timelines, and close collaboration between partner and customer from day one.
Integrations for PSO Standalone
Alongside the panel, Paul Windsor, DNASTREAM's Technology Director, spoke on integrations for PSO standalone deployments. Paul's session tackled the practical architecture and connectivity questions that come with standing PSO up on its own, offering attendees a grounded look at how to plan for integration early rather than retrofitting it later.
A Strong Turnout for the Community
With more than 25 businesses represented and 80+ people in the room, PSO Day 2026 was a clear signal of the appetite across the IFS ecosystem to share knowledge and learn from real-world delivery experience.
IFS also used the day to share their roadmap for the journey ahead, giving attendees a look at where the product is heading and how the platform is continuing to evolve to meet the planning the demands of service and maintenance organisations across different time horizons.
For DNASTREAM, events like this are a chance to give back to a community we're proud to be part of and to keep learning from the partners and customers alongside us.
Thank you to IFS for hosting, and to everyone who joined the sessions and conversations throughout the day. We're already looking forward to the next one.
